Project description
Urbacon was hired as the design-builder for the two phased multi-tenant industrial project in Oakville, Ontario. For Phase I, Urbacon constructed two multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 400,000 SF. For Phase II, Urbacon constructed an additional 86,445 SF building. All three buildings were precast concrete, aluminum with glazing, and steel fiber reinforced flooring.
